Lie To The Pollsters!
Who among us isn’t bored with all these seemingly meaningful polls, that later turn out to be wrong? Why be bothered. It will take only the concerted actions of the mischievous among us to render them completely useless. Here’s the deal…
It’s simple -
From now on, when contacted by a pollster, lie!
Oh, sure, I know what you’re thinking… "but, I don’t lie." Well, it’s time you started. Why not, no one gets hurt, and we’ll have a little fun. And maybe, the polling will stop. We find out the results after we vote… not the incessant predictions of what we’ll do.
Guidelines for not telling the pollster the truth.
· Choose any answer but the one you might actually choose or
· Choose the least likely choice (e.g. Dennis Kucinich for President) or
· Choose the answer for "undecided"
2. When asked for a fill-in-the-blank answer, anything but what you really believe. Be creative.
3. When asked for demographic data, have fun.
· Give an incorrect age.
· Give an incorrect political party affiliation.
· Put yourself in another economic bracket… why not put yourself in that desirable "over $200,000" category?
